Enoog- Ngal, IRCA( Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts)  run by Nirvana Foundation from 1^st April 2018 is a self-support programme of the organization at Ghari Maning Leikai, Imphal West District. The Enoog-Ngal is a dedicated centre for treatment and rehabilitation for addicted persons to alcohol and other mood-altering, mind changing substance managed by a team of dedicated professional volunteer comprising of a physician, psychiatrist, social workers, counsellors and nursing staff. The fifteen bedded centre provides a comprehensive residential treatment facility covering both medical, psychological and naturopathy help is provided by the center in the treatment of alcoholism and drug dependency.

Some of the services provided in the Enoog- Ngal, IRCA are as follows:

a)     Medical and psychological evaluation.

b)     Patient and education series.

c)     Recovery skills counselling.

d)     1^st, 2nd and 3^rd step education and integration practice.

e)     Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills counselling.

f)      Individual Counselling with case manager.

g)     Family Counselling.

h)     Weekly sessions with attending physician

i)      Comprehensive continuing care planning
